Terms

Late Fee: If the Client is to meet the Photographer in order to grant access into the unit, the Client isasked to arrive 10minutes prior to the start of the Service. A $25 late fee will be assessed if the Client is between 10-20 minutes late. If the Client is more than 20 minutes late, the Service will be cancelled and any deposits paid are non refundable and non transferable.

Reschedule/Cancellation Fee: Any Service that has been cancelled and/or rescheduled within 36 hours of the scheduled date and time, shall incur a $40 reschedule fee, should the client wish to reschedule. Any deposits paid are non refundable and non transferable.

Travel Fee: Travel fee of $25 or more may apply if the location of the Service is 60miles or more (traveling to and from) from the Midtown Atlanta area. 80 miles or more is a fee of 50 cents per mile.

Delivery: The Photographer guarantees the delivery of the final photo edits within 1– 2days. Video projects will be delivered within 3 - 4 days.

It is the responsibility of the Client to prepare the propertyfor photography. In the event that the property is not photo ready at the date and time of the Service, the Photographer may refuse to shoot and charge additional expense for travel and rescheduling.

The Client understands that these photographs and/or videos are the sole intellectual property of the Photographer – meaning full ownership belongs to the Photographer.

The Client grants irrevocable and unrestricted rights to the Photographer to use and publish photographs and/or videos of the property, or in which the property may be included, for editorial, trade, advertising, and any other purpose and in any manner and medium.

The Client will not alter or edit photographs and/or videos shared in any way.

The Client is permitted to reproduce, publicly display, and distribute the photographs and/or videos for personal purpose and to promote the property; If the Client chooses to do so, the Client will give appropriate credit to the Photographer.

These photographs and/or videos may not be released to third parties without the expressed written consent of the photographer.
